I've been peed on and pooped on and one time both happened at the same time.

it was a steady stream and I would say a good 3-5 seconds.
what do you do when you change the diapers
I pull up the baby's legs and I remove the old dipe, wipe him down, and put on a new dipe. Sometimes I actually have to restrain his arms with my feet because he moves around a lot.
any tips
Do it fast and wipe the baby well or else they run the risk of getting diaper rash. Don't use baby powder because it can get in their lungs. Change a poopy dipe right away and don't feed the baby corn if you don't want to see it come out fully formed from the other end.

he pooped up his back a couple of times. It happens. Don't ask me how. It got on the carpet. A carpet cleaning ensued along with more care when changing up-the-back poopy dipes.
