Ok, so my baby is 9 month and I really struggle to change her diaper, she escapes every time, she turns, twists and does all kind of things. I think she does this because she doesn't like lying on her back, and having to wait while I finish changing her diaper so she can resume whatever she was doing watching tv or playing or just being herself...
Now, I've tried giving her toys, singing, dancing even reprehending her. But nothing works...

I never found anything that worked that made them stop all together with either of my girls, my youngest is almost 11 months and is so bad with it! My oldest when it got to that stage I put her in pull ups till the stage passed it was much easier to slide the pull ups on the try to velcro a diaper, now my youngest is in cloth diapers so I just deal with it the best I can if it gets really bad I will resort to pull ups.Any ideas on how to make diaper change easier?
I have finally solved this problem with my 14 month old. I give him the temporal arterial thermometer that my MIL gave us during diaper changes. ONLY during diaper changes. It is very pleasing to him because it's clearly not a toy and has a large easy to push button in the center that both lights up a little LED *and* makes a beep. The first few times he did fuss when I took it away at the end of the change but now he's realized that that's how it goes, so he will just hand it to me at the end.
Considering this device is nearly useless as an accurate thermometer, I'm glad to have found a use for it. Diaper changes are much, much easier now.
