take off dirty diaper.. wipe everything clean with a baby wipe.. if the little boy is uncircumsized be sure to gently pull back the foreskin to make sure its clean and dry (you have to make sure little girls are completely cleaned and dried too).. if any creams/lotions or powders are used, apply them.
